Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By accessing this website, booking a discovery call, completing the onboarding form, or making any payment, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase any service.
Part I — Terms & Conditions
1. Parties & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Bridge Call AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you, the individual or entity accessing our website at bridgecallai.com or purchasing any of our services ("Client," "you," or "your").
Acceptance occurs automatically and irrevocably upon any of the following:
- (a) browsing or using any portion of the website;
- (b) submitting an onboarding or contact form;
- (c) scheduling a discovery or onboarding call; or
- (d) making a payment for any service.
2. Services Description
Bridge Call AI provides AI-powered inbound voice agent services, including but not limited to:
- 24/7 automated inbound call answering via AI voice receptionist
- Appointment scheduling and calendar management integration
- Lead capture, FAQ response, and call routing/escalation
- CRM and workflow integration (on applicable plans)
- Website and branded voice agent setup (on applicable plans)
All services are provided on a monthly subscription basis at rates published on the website at time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify service features, pricing, and availability with reasonable notice.
3. Booking & Discovery Calls
Scheduling a discovery or onboarding call through our calendar booking tool does not constitute a binding service agreement or guarantee of service delivery. A binding agreement is formed only upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from Bridge Call AI.
We reserve the right to decline service to any prospective client at our sole discretion, including after a discovery call has taken place. In such event, no fees will be charged.
4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By initiating a subscription payment, you authorize charges to your payment method on a recurring cycle until cancellation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to bridgecallai@support.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Failure to pay any amount due may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without notice.
5. Payment Processing — Third-Party Processor (Whop)
Important Notice Regarding Payment Data: Bridge Call AI does not collect, store, process, or have access to your payment card information, bank account details, or any sensitive financial data. All payment transactions are processed exclusively by our third-party payment processor, Whop. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that your financial information is governed by Whop's own terms of service and privacy policy, and that Bridge Call AI bears no responsibility or liability for how Whop handles that data.
You agree to review Whop's terms and privacy policy independently before completing any transaction. Bridge Call AI makes no representations about Whop's data practices, security measures, or liability coverage.
Any payment disputes, chargebacks, or issues related to the processing of your payment must be directed to Whop and/or your financial institution. Bridge Call AI is not a party to payment processing and cannot reverse, modify, or intervene in transactions once submitted.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding and throughout the service relationship
- Comply with all applicable laws in your use of our AI voice agent services
- Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
- Ensure that use of our AI services complies with all applicable telecommunications, consumer protection, and privacy laws in your jurisdiction, including call recording disclosure requirements
- Obtain all necessary consents from your own customers prior to routing their calls through our AI agents
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Bridge Call AI website, including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and system designs, is the exclusive property of Bridge Call AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Custom voice scripts and workflows built for your account remain subject to our underlying IP. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the configured voice agent for the duration of your active subscription.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the course of the service relationship and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. BRIDGE CALL AI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- (a) the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
- (b) any specific result, appointment volume, or revenue outcome will be achieved;
- (c) the AI voice agent will handle every call scenario accurately; or
- (d) integrations with third-party tools will function without issue.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BRIDGE CALL AI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, PARTNERS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
In all cases, Bridge Call AI's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Bridge Call AI in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. To the extent such law applies to you, some of the above limitations may not apply; however, the remaining limitations will continue in full force.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bridge Call AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- (a) your use of the services;
- (b) your violation of these Terms;
- (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights;
- (d) any claim by your customers, employees, or third parties resulting from the use of our AI voice agents in your business operations; or
- (e) any inaccurate or misleading information you provided to us.
12. Class Action & Jury Trial Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
YOU AND BRIDGE CALL AI EACH AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDING WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST BRIDGE CALL AI.
FURTHER, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND BRIDGE CALL AI EACH WAIVE YOUR RESPECTIVE RIGHTS TO A TRIAL BY JURY FOR ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.
13. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration
Except for disputes eligible for small claims court, all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, the services, or the relationship between you and Bridge Call AI shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration body (e.g., the American Arbitration Association), not in court.
Before initiating arbitration, either party must first send written notice of the dispute to the other party at the contact details in these Terms and allow thirty (30) days to attempt informal resolution. If informal resolution fails, arbitration may proceed.
Arbitration shall take place in the United States. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and, to the extent applicable, the state in which Bridge Call AI is incorporated or principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent any matter must be resolved in court (e.g., enforcement of an arbitration award), both parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the applicable state or federal courts.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a legal or reputational risk to Bridge Call AI. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease and you remain responsible for any fees accrued prior to termination.
16. Force Majeure
Bridge Call AI shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, internet or telecommunications outages, third-party service provider failures, labor disputes, government actions, or cyberattacks.
17. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy below and any written service agreement or order form you may have signed with Bridge Call AI, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bridge Call AI with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.

20. Overview
Bridge Call AI is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. This policy applies to all visitors and clients of bridgecallai.com.
21. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Contact & Identity Information: Name, business name, email address, phone number — provided voluntarily when submitting a form or booking a call.
- Business & Onboarding Information: Details about your call flow, scheduling needs, industry, and service preferences — provided during onboarding.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, browser type, and device information — collected automatically via standard web analytics.
- Call Data: As part of service delivery, AI call transcripts and call outcome summaries may be stored within the systems we configure for you (e.g., CRM, Airtable).
22. What We Do NOT Collect or Store
Bridge Call AI does not collect, store, or have access to your payment card numbers, bank account details, billing addresses, or any sensitive financial information. This data is collected and held exclusively by our third-party payment processor, Whop. We receive only non-sensitive transaction confirmation data (e.g., subscription status).
23. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information solely to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Set up and configure your AI voice agent and associated workflows
- Communicate with you about your account, billing, or service updates
- Respond to inquiries and support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
24. Third-Party Services & Data Processors
Our services involve integration with third-party platforms. Each third party is responsible for their own data handling practices:
- Whop — Payment processing. Handles all financial transaction data.
- Airtable — Form submission and CRM data storage.
- GoHighLevel — CRM and scheduling (on applicable plans).
- Calendar Scheduling Tool — Booking discovery and onboarding calls.
By using these integrated services, you are also subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies. Bridge Call AI is not responsible for the data practices of any third-party platform.
25. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the services or as required by law. Upon cancellation of your subscription, we will retain your information for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations and then securely delete or anonymize it.
26. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and disclaim liability for any unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.
27. Cookies & Tracking
Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience and analyze site usage. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.
28. Your Rights
