Privacy & data (summary)
Aligned with our published Privacy Policy. We may collect:
- Contact and identity information you submit on forms or when booking a call.
- Business and onboarding details needed to configure your AI voice agent.
- Basic usage and analytics data from the website.
- Call-related data (e.g. transcripts or summaries) in systems we configure for you, such as CRM or Airtable.
We do not store your card or bank details; payments are handled by our processor (see the legal page for Whop). We do not sell your personal information for marketing.
Communication & consent
You agree to use our services lawfully and to obtain any consents your own customers require before their calls are handled by our AI agents, including where laws require disclosures (for example around call recording or automated systems), as described in the Terms.
